INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🥜 20g peanuts, chopped
STEPS
Peel and slice the avocado into 1cm pieces. Remove the seeds and stem from the yellow bell pepper, slice into 2cm pieces. Chop the peanuts roughly.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Mix sake, mayonnaise, doubanjiang, and chopped peanuts in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes per side. Push chicken to the side and add yellow bell pepper, stir-frying for 2 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Add avocado and the prepared sauce to the pan, stir quickly to combine, and remove from heat.
