- 150g purslane
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp doenjang
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 stalk green onion

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak purslane in cold water for 5-10 minutes to remove impurities, then drain.
Boil 2 liters of water with 1 tbsp salt. Add purslane and blanch until it turns vibrant green, then immediately remove.
Rinse the purslane multiple times in cold water to cool it down, squeeze out excess water, and set aside.
Cut the purslane into bite-sized pieces.
Mix gochujang, doenjang, plum syrup, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion to create the seasoning sauce.
Combine the purslane with the seasoning sauce and mix thoroughly.
