INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 300g ground beef
Rice Cake
- 🍘 16 pieces rice cake
Cheese
- 🧀 3 slices cheese
Vegetables
- 1 cup chopped oyster mushrooms
- 1 chopped green chili
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Chop oyster mushrooms and green chili finely, then mix with 300g ground beef. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sugar, and mix well.
Connect two rice cakes to form a longer stick using broken pasta pieces as connectors.
Wrap the rice cakes with cheese slices for added flavor.
Shape the beef mixture around the rice cake sticks to resemble a Pepero stick.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the beef sticks on low heat.
Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, and a dash of sesame oil, then pour over the cooked beef sticks.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
