Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar

- 1/3 tsp black pepper
STEPS
Poke several holes in the chicken breast using a fork.
Place the chicken in a storage bag, add the seasoning ingredients, and massage well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes. Leave covered until cooled to finish cooking with residual heat.
