    • 4 sausages (80g)
    • 🥚 2 eggs
    • 100g bean sprouts
    • 500ml water

    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Slice the sausages diagonally into halves.

In a pot, combine water and all seasonings (marked ☆). Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add sausages and bean sprouts, then cover and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.

Scoop the tofu into bite-sized pieces using a spoon and add to the pot. Increase to medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
