INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 100g bok choy
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
STEPS
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Cut the eggplants into diagonal slices and separate bok choy stems and leaves after trimming.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, miso, chili paste) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry the eggplants until coated with oil, then add beef and garlic, cooking until beef changes color.
Add bok choy stems and cook until softened, then add bok choy leaves and stir briefly. Finally, pour in the sauce and mix well.
