INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 4 sheets fish cake
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- đź’§ 1/2 cup water
- 1.5 tbsp red chili powder
- A drizzle of sesame oil
STEPS
Thinly slice the fish cake and finely chop the green chilies.
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic until golden and fragrant.
Add the sliced fish cake to the pan and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp fish sauce to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Pour in 1/2 cup water and cook until the fish cake becomes tender. Add the chopped green chilies and 1.5 tbsp red chili powder, mixing well.
Turn off the heat and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
