INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 250 g fish cake
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green onion
- 2 cheongyang peppers
- đź§„ 5 to 6 cloves garlic
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- đź’§ 5 to 6 tbsp water
- a bit of pepper
- a bit of sesame
- a little bit of cooking oil
STEPS
Prepare the fish cake by pouring boiling water over it to remove excess oil.
Slice the onion, green onion, and cheongyang peppers as desired. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
Add the seasoning sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer the sauce briefly.
Add the prepared vegetables and fish cake to the pan and stir-fry them with the sauce. Gradually add water as needed.
Cook until the vegetables are tender, then turn off the heat.
Sprinkle pepper and sesame seeds on top before serving.
