INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 500 won coin-sized glass noodles
Vegetables
- 3-4 cabbage leaves
- 🍄 1 handful of mushrooms
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 handful of bean sprouts
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2-3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced chili
- đź§… 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients listed under 'Sauce'.
Soak the glass noodles in warm water until softened.
Slice the vegetables into thin strips for easy cooking.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables until softened.
Add the soaked glass noodles to the pan and mix with the vegetables.
Push the noodles and vegetables to one side of the pan and add the sauce to the other side.
Combine the noodles, vegetables, and sauce, stirring well over low heat.
