INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 20g glass noodles
Meat
- 80g ground pork
Vegetables
- 2 leaves cabbage (160g)
- 1/4 stalk green onion
- 1/2 piece ginger
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Condiments
- 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- to taste chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 100cc water
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Separate cabbage leaves and stems. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces and stems into 5mm slices. Mince green onion and ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat. Add minced green onion and ginger, cooking until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add doubanjiang and stir well.
Add cabbage and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the seasoning mixture (water, sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder) and bring to a boil.
Add glass noodles and cover the pan. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir to loosen the noodles and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
