Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- ⨠1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- š§ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp plum extract
STEPS
Blanch 6 octopus in boiling water for 1 minute. Start with the legs to maintain their shape.
Mix 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp red pepper paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp plum extract to create the sauce.
Cut the blanched octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and sautƩ the green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the octopus, sauce, and 1 chopped green chili to the pan. Stir-fry on low heat until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
