INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g fresh okara
- 200g chopped komatsuna
Spices and Seasonings
- đź§„ 6g minced garlic
- 1 dried chili, seeds removed
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquids
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the roots off the komatsuna and chop into 3cm lengths. Cut the chili in half and remove the seeds.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, chili, and komatsuna, and stir-fry until the komatsuna softens. Sprinkle sake and cover with a lid to steam for 30 seconds.
Add the okara and stir-fry to break it apart. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
