    • Pinch of sesame seeds

Mix all the seasoning ingredients together and prepare them. If using rice cakes, soak them in water or blanch them in boiling water.

Marinate the pork belly with half of the seasoning and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Clean the octopus by removing its innards, eyes, and mouth. Rub with flour and coarse salt, rinse thoroughly, and remove any residue from the suction cups.

Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces and marinate with the remaining seasoning.

Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated pork belly.

Add the soaked rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry together.

Once the pork is halfway cooked, add the onion and octopus to the pan and stir-fry together.

When the ingredients are almost fully cooked, add the green onion and chili peppers. Stir-fry to finish.
