- 600g pork shoulder or front leg
Vegetables

- 100g rice cakes
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2.5 tbsp chili powder

- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of ginger powder

- A pinch of black pepper

STEPS
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and let it rest in the refrigerator for a deeper flavor.
