INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- š 200g cleaned mackerel
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- š§ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced green chili
- 1 tbsp minced red chili
- š§ 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
STEPS
Rinse the cleaned mackerel under running water and pat dry.
Cut the mackerel into appropriate sizes and coat with cornstarch.
Mince garlic, green chili, red chili, and onion.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the mackerel until golden brown.
Once golden brown, flip and fry the other side.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and sautƩ minced onion and garlic.
Add minced green chili, red chili, and the seasoning ingredients. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the crispy mackerel to the sauce and mix well. Drizzle sesame oil and toss.
Plate the dish and serve.
