INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🍗 3 chicken tenderloins (150g)
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, diced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and stem, and dice into 1.5cm pieces.
Slice the chicken tenderloins diagonally into 1cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the diced bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Then, add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
