Spread a slice of pork belly, sprinkle potato starch, and wrap around 1/8 of the daikon strips. Repeat for all slices.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang) in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the pork rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally.

Add water, cover the pan, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add the seasoning mixture and coat the rolls evenly while cooking on medium heat.
