INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 100g cooked rice
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast (50g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- đź§… A pinch of chopped green onion
Liquid
- đź’§ 400cc water
- 1 tsp vinegar
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- A dash of chili oil
STEPS
Rinse the cooked rice briefly in a sieve.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat water and chicken over medium heat. Skim off any foam that rises. Add rice and seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder). Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes and vinegar, and cook briefly. Pour in the beaten egg and let it float to the surface before stirring gently.
Serve in a bowl, drizzle with chili oil, and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
