INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- A dash of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp seaweed flakes
- 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 7 tbsp chili oil
STEPS
Chop the onion finely.
Boil the udon noodles for 1–2 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
In a pan, stir-fry canned tuna and chopped onion.
Add red pepper powder, fish sauce, soy sauce, and chili oil to the pan and mix well with the tuna.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds and seaweed flakes over the mixture.
Combine the udon noodles with the spicy tuna mixture and stir for 1 minute.
Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
