INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥬 150g chopped cabbage
- 🐟 1 can of tuna
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- ✨ A pinch of sesame seeds
- A drizzle of sesame oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion, and chop the green onion.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a strainer.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with oil and sauté the green onion.
Add the onion and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the tuna and sauce to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with the tuna-cabbage mixture, and garnish with egg yolk and sesame seeds.
