INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 4 sausages (80g)
Vegetables
- š„¬ 1/2 bag spinach (100g)
- 4 bell peppers (120g)
Cooking Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- š§ 10g salted butter
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Trim the spinach roots slightly and make a cross-cut. Wash in a bowl of water, shake off excess water, and cut into 4cm pieces. Slice the bell peppers in half, remove stems and seeds, and cut into thin strips.
Slice the sausages diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add sausages and stir-fry for 1ā2 minutes.
Add spinach and bell peppers, mix briefly, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 1 minute until softened.
Add butter and stir until melted, then drizzle soy sauce and mix well.
