INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach, chopped
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms, halved
Liquid
- đź’§ 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Dash of chili oil
STEPS
Cut the spinach into 2cm pieces and trim the roots. Halve the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Heat water in a pot until boiling. Add chicken stock powder and enoki mushrooms, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add spinach, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Serve the soup in bowls and drizzle chili oil on top.
