INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices sandwich bread
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 70g spinach
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
Condiments
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Wash spinach, wrap it loosely in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Rinse with water, squeeze out excess moisture, trim the roots, and cut into 2cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix spinach, tuna, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the spinach-tuna mixture and a slice of melting cheese on one slice of bread. Cover with another slice of bread and toast in a toaster until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
