INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 80g spinach
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Staples
- 30g vermicelli
Protein
- 2 slices ham, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Wash spinach, trim roots, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot and cut vermicelli in half with kitchen scissors.
Cut ham in half and slice thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the boiled vermicelli, carrot, ham, spinach, and sesame seeds. Toss well.
