INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bag spinach
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced

- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, then soak in water and drain. Slice the onion thinly.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Cut sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and potatoes, cooking until onions are translucent.
Add sausages and spinach, cooking for 1–2 minutes. Stir in mayonnaise and grain mustard, then season with salt.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
