INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/3 bunch spinach
- 🍅 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- đź§„ 1 handful garlic cloves
Seafood
- 🍤 20 medium shrimp
Pasta
- 🍝 2 servings pasta
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
- A few dashes of pepper
- 1.5 tbsp tuna sauce
- Generous amount of olive oil
STEPS
Wash frozen shrimp, pat dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
Slice garlic cloves thinly.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Boil water in a pot, add salt and two drops of oil, then cook pasta for 7 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until golden brown.
Add seasoned shrimp to the pan and cook until fully done.
Add cooked pasta and one ladle of pasta water to the pan and stir-fry.
Season with 1.5 tbsp of tuna sauce.
Add halved cherry tomatoes to the pan.
Turn off the heat and add spinach, letting it wilt slightly.
