Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat Italian dressing, unsalted
- 3 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cups cooked brown rice, chilled
- 2/3 cup fresh spinach, washed and cut into thin strips
- 2/3 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced

Steps

Wash hands with soap and water.

Combine dressing, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir into chilled rice.

Cover and chill salad.

Add spinach, celery, and onion before serving.
