INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head spring cabbage (250g)
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Chop the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain.
Place the cabbage and wakame in a plastic bag.
Add salt to the bag and massage the ingredients gently to soften the cabbage.
In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth powder, and white sesame seeds to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing into the bag, seal it, and shake well to coat the ingredients evenly.
Serve the salad immediately or chill it in the refrigerator for a refreshing taste.
