STEPS
Wash the spring cabbage thoroughly.
Boil water with 1 tbsp of coarse salt. Once boiling, blanch the spring cabbage starting with the stems as they take longer to cook.
Drain the blanched cabbage and rinse under cold running water.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and squeeze out excess water.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing minced green onion, minced garlic, soybean paste, and sesame oil.
Combine the cabbage with the seasoning and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
