INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 2 slices of ham
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Noodles
- 30g harusame (glass noodles)
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, cut the harusame noodles in half with kitchen scissors, cook according to package instructions, drain, and let cool slightly.
Cut off the ends of the cucumber, slice thinly at an angle, then julienne.
Cut the ham in half and julienne.
Mix the seasonings (ponzu sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil) in a bowl, then add the noodles, cucumber, and ham, and mix well.
