INGREDIENTS
Cereal
- 3/4 cup wheat and barley nugget cereal
- 1/4 cup 100% bran cereal
Nuts and Seeds
- 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds, toasted
- 2 teaspoons almonds, sliced and toasted
Fruit
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 🍌 1/2 cup bananas, sliced
- 🍓 1 cup strawberries, sliced, divided
Dairy
- 🥛 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
STEPS

Wash hands with soap and water.

Mix the wheat and barley nugget cereal, bran cereal, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a medium bowl.
