- 🦑 200g frozen squid rings
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli

- To taste parsley
Seasoning

- A pinch of consomme powder

- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Defrost the squid. Separate the broccoli into small florets. Place the broccoli in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the squid. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the broccoli, grated garlic, consomme powder, and salt to the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute. Plate and garnish with parsley.
