- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the green onions starting from the roots. Once softened, immerse the entire stalk briefly, remove, and cut into 3cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the vinegar miso ingredients (miso, vinegar, sugar). Add squid noodles and green onions, then toss to combine.
