Condiments
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- A pinch of shichimi togarashi
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add squid rings, and cook until their color changes. Drain the water.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix the squid, ponzu soy sauce, and mayonnaise.
Arrange the onion slices on a serving plate, place the squid mixture on top, and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi. Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions.
