INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 150g frozen squid rings
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
STEPS
Defrost the squid. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain. Julienne the carrot and cucumber, place in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, massage, and let sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Boil water in a pot and cook the squid for about 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, mustard). Add the onion, carrot, cucumber, and squid, mix well, and let sit for 10 minutes.
