INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid (200g)
Meat
- 🥩 50g ground beef
Dairy
- 80g firm tofu
Vegetables
- đź§… 5cm green onion (15g)
- 🥕 20g carrot
Liquid
- đź’§ 100cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Finely chop the green onion and carrot.
Microwave the firm tofu in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W, let it cool, and pat dry.
Prepare the squid by removing the tentacles and internal organs, cleaning thoroughly, and patting dry. Chop the tentacles into small pieces.
Mix ground beef, green onion, carrot, tofu, chopped tentacles, and seasonings (sake, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch) in a bowl.
Dust the inside of the squid body lightly with cornstarch, stuff it with the mixture, and secure with toothpicks.
Place the stuffed squid in a pan with water, cover, and steam over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
Slice the cooked squid into bite-sized pieces and serve with the sauce made by mixing gochujang and vinegar.
