INGREDIENTS
Gelatin
- 5 (3 ounce) packages sweetened gelatin mix, 5 different colors
- 💧 3 1/2 cups boiling water, divided
- 💧 3 1/2 cups cold water, divided
- Cooking spray
- 1 (1 ounce) package unflavored gelatin powder
White Gelatin Mixture
- 🥫 1 (14.1 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 🥛 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEPS
Pour each gelatin mix into a separate bowl. Dissolve with hot and cold water, refrigerate until set for 4 hours to overnight.
Spray a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
Slice gelatin into cubes, mix together gently and transfer into the prepared pan.
Prepare the unflavored gelatin mixture by dissolving in cold and boiling water.
Blend condensed milk, cream, vanilla, and gelatin mixture together, and pour over gelatin cubes in the pan.
Refrigerate until set for 4 hours to overnight.
Run a knife along the sides of the pan and invert the cake onto a plate.
