INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice the green onion into 1 cm diagonal pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add the pork, and cook until done. Remove the pork, skim off any scum, and bring the water back to a boil. Add the somen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch and drain well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the green onion and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the onion softens. Add the pork and the ☆ seasonings, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Plate the somen noodles, top with the stir-fried mixture and egg yolks. Pour the remaining sauce from the frying pan over the dish.
