- 🥩 Beef steak 300g
- 🥦 One head of cauliflower (minced)

- 🧄 Garlic 1 clove (minced)

- Black pepper to taste
STEPS
Season the beef steak with salt and black pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side (or to your preferred doneness).
In another frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic. Add the minced cauliflower and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Cut the steak and plate it with the cauliflower rice.
