INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300g pork
- 1 block of tofu (about 300g)
- đź§… 1 onion (sliced)
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the pork into large pieces and marinate for 15 minutes in soy sauce, chopped garlic, and pepper.
Cut the tofu into triangular pieces.
Add the marinated pork and onions to a pot and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
When the pork is half cooked, add water and red pepper powder, then simmer over medium heat.
Add the tofu to the pot, cook for another 10 minutes, and finish with sesame oil.
