INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- Pork 400g (for stewing)
- Tofu 1 block (300g)
Seasonings
- Soybean paste 2 tbsp
- Chili paste 1 tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Spring onion 1 stalk (sliced)
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
STEPS
Rinse the pork under running water, then blanch it in boiling water to remove any unwanted smell.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In a pot, mix soybean paste, chili paste, and minced garlic, then add 2 cups of water to make the sauce.
Add the pork and tofu to the sauce, then simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Finally, add sesame oil and spring onion, simmer briefly, and it's ready to serve.
