INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 🐖 300g thinly sliced pork
- 🍶 1 block of tofu (about 300g)
- 🧅 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 green chilies (minced)
- 🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌿 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Cut tofu into 1cm thick slices and remove excess moisture.
Marinate pork with soy sauce, minced garlic, and pepper.
Place sliced onions on the steamer base, then layer tofu and pork alternately on top.
Sprinkle minced chilies and the remaining marinade on top.
Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Transfer the completed steamed tofu and pork to a serving plate.
