INGREDIENTS
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g), thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the carrot lengthwise in half, then slice thinly at an angle. Thinly slice the cabbage after cutting it in half horizontally.
Place the carrot, cabbage, canned tuna (with water), soy sauce, and grated ginger into a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
