INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🍆 1 eggplant, sliced
- 3 shiso leaves, torn
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise, slice thinly, and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add eggplant and stir-fry briefly.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, and ginger) and stir-fry briefly.
Tear the shiso leaves and add them to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
