- 200g bean sprouts
- 2 green peppers, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bean sprouts and green peppers, and stir-fry until softened.
Add sake, salted kombu, and white sesame seeds, and stir-fry briefly to combine.
