INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- š„¬ 200g of cabbage, sliced into 2cm pieces
Seafood
- š 1 can (190g) of canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- š§ 1/4 tsp of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp of salad oil
STEPS
Slice the cabbage into 2cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Stir and break it apart lightly.
Spread the cabbage evenly in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the cabbage becomes tender. Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
