INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the tough stem of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly, including the stems.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add the mixed sauce to the pan and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
