- 4 bell peppers, sliced

- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine

STEPS
Slice the bell peppers into thin strips after removing stems and seeds. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the onion and bell peppers to the pan, stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and cook until the liquid evaporates.
