INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- š¦ 1.5 cups dried shrimp
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- š§ 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- š§ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Heat a dry pan and stir-fry 1.5 cups of dried shrimp until crispy.
Place the shrimp in a sieve and shake off any crumbs.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 stalk chopped green onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add 1 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp plum extract, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Add the prepared dried shrimp and quickly stir-fry until evenly coated with the sauce.
