INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Cut off the stem of the eggplants and slice them diagonally into chunks. Halve the tomato vertically, remove the stem, and cut into wedges.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork changes color. Add eggplant and stir until coated with oil, then cover and steam for 2 minutes.
Uncover the pan, stir everything together, and add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce). Stir-fry to combine, then add the tomato and stir briefly.
